GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Renter’s and Driver’s Age: Minimum age required is 18 years old for groups A, B, C, D.
  2. Driver’s License and Passport: Driver(s) must be in possession of a driving license, issued at least 1 year ago.
  3. Additional Driver(s): For each additional driver a fee of 10 EUR will be charged, family members excluded.
  4. Terms of payment: The estimated cost of rental is payable in cash upon checkout.
  5. Rent-it-here/Leave-it-here: This option is only available upon request at the time of the booking.
  6. One Way Rental: It is subject to an agreement between the Renter and MNG HOLIDAY. The drop-offs are no later than 7:30 PM.
  7. Delivery/Collection Charges: Free of charges within city limits. Upon request for outside city limits and out of open hours (18:00-8:00), drop-off charge is 10 EUR. Deliveries are no earlier than 10:00 AM. Delivery fees for Sozopol is 40 EUR. Delivery fees for Obzor is also 40 EUR. Rental periods for both Obzor and Sozopol start from 3 days. Delivery to Burgas airport is 20 EUR.
  8. Third Party Liability: The rented vehicle is covered for Third Party Liability in accordance with the Bulgarian National Law.
  9. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) and Theft Protection (T.P.): C.D.W and T.P. are included without extra charge with the exception of any damages caused under the car body and for the tires – caused by negligence.
  10. Personal Accident Insurance (P.A.I): It is free, it covers the driver and each of the passengers of MNG HOLIDAY rent-a-car.
  11. Gasoline and Refueling Charge: Renters pay themselves for the gasoline consumed during the rental.
  12. Lost Registration Documents: In case of loss, a fine of 50 EUR will be charged.
  13. Traffic Fines: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions for traffic violation during the rental period, are at the renter’s expense.
  14. Airport Surcharge: A fee of 20 EUR will be charged per rental, starting at Burgas Airport.
  15. Deposit: Renter must pay from 100 EUR to 200 EUR as deposit, depending on the duration of the rental period.
  16. The Renters Liability: For damage to the car or the theft of the car through negligence is 500 EUR. In case of car crash and lack of a police report, the renter must pay 100% for the damages.
  17. Special Equipment: Baby seats or snow chains are available at 10 EUR per item for the rental period of 3 days, 1 week, and the possibility of extension. GPS is available at 5 EUR per day, maximum 25 EUR per hire.
  18. The vehicle can only be used within the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  19. The vehicle can be used outside the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria only after acquiring a special Power of Attorney and paying the relevant fee.
