MNG Holiday Yassen Apartments are located in Yassen Holiday Village – a safe family and environmentally friendly area of Sunny Beach, the biggest summer resort in Bulgaria.
The MNG Holiday Yassen Apartments are located only 2 minutes away from the sandy beaches and within a 10 minute walk to the centre of the resort, the hospital, police station and banks, bazaars and shopping facilities. The links to public transport network are in the immediate vicinity, with a bus station located within 500 meters from the hotel, Burgas Airport within 38km and Varna Airport around 110km away.
Guests can also find tennis courts, mini-golf, restaurants, bars, discos, children’s facilities such as the Sunny Beach Aquapark.

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, with a separate children’s section, a large garden, a fitness centre. There is a currency exchange office nearby the reception and 24 hour medical assistance (of extra charge). There is also a restaurant and a poolside snack bar with sun loungers, providing the perfect place to refresh and relax during the hot summer days. There is also a supermarket in the hotel.
Guests are welcomed in a lobby with check-in and check-out services. There is a 24 hour Video and Live Security system for you and your family’s safety. Private parking is available for MNG Holiday’s guests at an additional cost. All MNG Holiday Yassen Apartments also have complementary WIFI. Public areas are equipped with wired and wireless Internet access (for which there is a surcharge).
Most of MNG Holiday Yassen Apartments were renovated in 2025 and yearly upgraded. We want to make sure that our guests have a pleasant stay. There is a housekeeper on a daily basis (08:00-14:00), who will make sure the needs of our guests are met. Every apartment has a balcony and a designated area for smoking.
